We hand cast our Tyvarian and cultured marble vanity tops to your exact dimensions, ensuring a precision fit that maximizes your counter space and matches your home’s aesthetic perfectly.
Our specialized casting process allows for seamless sink integration eliminating the grime catching rims found in traditional drop in sinks. With over 250 colors and patterns that mimic the world’s finest granite and marble, you can achieve a luxury look with a non porous, stain resistant surface that never needs to be resealed.

What is an integrated sink, and why should I choose one?
An integrated sink is cast or fabricated as a single, continuous piece with the countertop. Because there are no seams or rims between the sink and the counter, there is nowhere for water to leak or grime to build up. It is the most hygienic and easy-to-clean option available for bathrooms today.
Can I get a custom size for my vanity top?
Yes. Unlike big-box stores that sell standard lengths, we hand-cast every vanity top in our Caldwell facility. Whether you have a unique corner layout, a double-sink master vanity, or an unusually shallow powder room, we manufacture the top to your exact dimensions for a perfect fit.
How does Tyvarian compare to natural granite or marble?
Tyvarian offers the high definition look of natural stone but with significantly better performance. Natural stone is porous and requires regular sealing to prevent stains. Tyvarian is non porous, chemically resistant, and never needs to be sealed giving you the “look” of luxury without the maintenance.
Is "Solid Surface" the same as Cultured Marble?
They are similar but use different resins and finishes. Cultured Marble is a cast stone product with a high-gloss gel coat. Solid Surface (like Corian or HIMACS) is a consistent material all the way through, allowing for “invisible” seams and a matte or satin finish that is easily renewable if scratched.
Are these countertops heat resistant?
Yes. Our materials are engineered to withstand the heat from standard bathroom appliances like curling irons and hair dryers. For kitchen applications using solid surfaces, we recommend using trivets for pots straight off the stove to maintain the finish for the long term.
Will my vanity top stain from makeup or hair dye?
Our cast stone and solid surfaces are highly resistant to chemicals. Unlike natural marble, which can be permanently etched or stained by acidic soaps, makeup, or hair dye, our non-porous surfaces allow you to simply wipe away spills without fear of permanent damage.
Can I choose my edge profile?
Absolutely. We offer various edge treatments to match your style from a clean, modern Square Edge to a more traditional Ogee or Beveled profile. This is one of the many ways we customize your countertop to fit your design vision.
How long does it take to get a new countertop installed?
Once we have taken final laser measurements (templating) of your cabinets or vanity base, the fabrication process in our local facility usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. The actual installation in your home is typically completed in just a few hours.
Can you make matching backsplashes and side splashes?
Yes. We can manufacture matching splashes in the same color and material as your countertop. We can even do “coved” backsplashes (seamlessly curved upward from the counter) for solid surface applications, eliminating the 90 degree joint where dirt usually accumulates.
