  • Payments are due on the agreed billing date.

  • Fees paid for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, reports, strategies, graphics, or other content created specifically for you during the engagement remain your property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Internal processes

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Software tools

  • Know-how developed independently of your project

7. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Advertising restrictions

  • Algorithm updates

  • Actions taken by third-party platforms beyond our control

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee:

  • Buy Box ownership
